FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SMYRNA, DE — David Phillips, LLC, a Delaware based company, announces the launch of Missional Press. The goal of Missional Press is to provide publishing services to those authors seeking to explore Missional topics. Missional Press will publish fiction and non-fiction books focused around Missional theology, Missional ministry, cultural exegesis, biblical studies and global involvement.
The power behind Missional Press will be print-on-demand technology which provides high-quality, small and large quantity printing without the large start-up costs required for traditional printing. “Not only can we provide high quality printing, but our books will be available through large online retailers such as Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble as well as the local bookstore,” said David Phillips, president of Missional Press.
Three titles are currently being developed. The first is a resource for those who may which to teach the book of Jude, called Guard the Trust. This book explores the biblical, theological and practical understanding of Jude’s writing. This book will be published in late August and is authored by David Phillips, pastor of Mission Fellowship Church in Middletown, DE.
A second book on Chinese house churches is scheduled to be published in late September. This, and a companion book on the current state of Christianity in China due to be released in January 2008, will be written by Norbert Luciano. Luciano is a retired Chinese pastor who served churches in New York and New Jersey and is currently helping plant an Asian church in Bear, DE that targets college students from the University of Delaware.

Nice website David. I’m almost done with mine.
KB…what are you doing in Kansas?
Let me know when you are ready to go and we’ll look at getting yours put together and published.
I’m not I’m at Starbucks picking up free wi-fi. I lost that feed who knows where it says I’m in now. I’m headed to the office and then the hospital.
are you serious? you’ve created a publishing company??
Adam…Completely serious! I have 10 ISBNs and an agreement with a print on demand company. What that means is no inventory, no huge out of pocket expenses for an author or publisher, and when a guy buys a copy of your book at Amazon.com, even if it is just 1 copy, it will be printed and ready to ship within 12-24 hours. Large quantities are also available. The company who is doing the printing does printing for some of the largest publishers in the world.
So start writing!

I’m done!
